Unlike many Coaching or Consulting firms, we will directly manage many aspects of our clients businesses to allow them to devote their time to activities that produce the highest return. We use leading outside product and service providers who remain under our supervision to assure high quality and a coordinated effort. We will then recruit, train, and coach our client's new team members to operate their optimized business. We call our proprietary system the Business Optimization Process.
Erich Ziebarth has trained, mentored and coached hundreds of real estate agents and teams for eight plus years. He was a Certified Business Coach with Buffini & Company for over 5 years. Buffini is the largest coaching companies for real estate agents. He received extensive on-going training in coaching techniques and real estate business principles. Through his training and practice, he learned to help agents achieve their real estate and life goals through a disciplined and effective approach tailored to each client’s needs and personality. Prior to his experience with Buffini & Company, Erich worked for Real Estate Village.com and Homes.com as a web site coach. Real Estate Village provided websites and technologies for the real estate industry. Erich is passionate about pulling an agent’s style of real estate out of them and then broadcasting that brand through the many available marketing channels.
R. David Lowry is an actively Licensed Real Estate Broker with degrees in Computer Science and Psychology. His prior career as a senior marketing executive and consultant to high tech companies and hundreds of startups prepared him with the knowledge of business planning, marketing, organizational techniques and technologies used in this highly competitive industry. As a consultant to high tech companies, he specialized in the application of technology to achieve marketing goals. In his recent 10 year real estate career, Dave has assisted in the startup of two real estate brokerages and a Property Management company. He was trained and served as an E-Marketing Consultant for a major real estate website company. He is a certified trainer for Top Producer Systems, RELAY Transaction Management software and several other useful real estate tools. Dave loves to help his clients use technology and proven techniques to automate their productivity and achieve their personal and business goals.
