RELAY is an easy-to-use internet tool for managing real estate transactions online. The program is owned by the National Association of Realtors.

RELAY enables agents to connect with clients, their office, other agents, and outside service providers through a secure custom-branded transaction website.

With RELAY, agents and brokers can track and organize documents, activities, signatures, revisions, and all communications securely and easily online. RELAY streamlines the agent's workload, impresses clients, and increases sucess with smoother more organized closings.

Online Training Course

Our Online RELAY Training is a customized program for 1 to 10 trainees. One of our independent Certified RELAY Instructors will schedule your course at a time that fits into your schedule.

We teach the course using the GoToMeeting.com® Internet program. Students can be at any computer that has a high speed Internet connection. They do not have to be together. They log into a private website and see either the Instructor’s RELAY screen or even their own account if requested.

Simultaneous voice is handled with a telephone conference line. It is almost like sitting beside the instructor!

Six 2-Hour Sessions over Six Weeks $600.00 Total Cost
